Below are the steps to register your Steward ID using the Steward Access Portal.
- Navigate to the Steward Access Portal
- Select New User Registration
- Fill out the following required information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Month and Day of birth (MMDD)
- Click Next
- Take note of your Steward ID and Email address. Click Next
- Select and answer the Security Questions. Click Save
- Select Manage Passwords
- Read the Information Systems Use and Confidentiality Agreement
- From the Manage Account Passwords section, click the Change button
- Enter and confirm a new password, then click Submit
- Click your name at the top-right, then select Logout
